- Is Moorlite really free?
- Yes. Moorlite is ad-supported (AVOD) — there is no subscription fee and no paywall on the public catalog. Short ads may play before some titles to fund the stream.
- Do I need an account to watch?
- No. You can browse and stream without signing up. An account is optional for saving a watchlist or submitting films as a creator.
- Why is a video not playing?
- Try refreshing the page, checking your internet connection, and disabling browser extensions that block ads or scripts. Some titles require a modern browser with HTML5 video support. If the problem persists, email us with the film title and your device/browser.
- Can I download movies from Moorlite?
- No. Content is for personal streaming only. Downloading, redistributing, or publicly performing titles is not permitted under our Terms of Use.
Accounts & privacy
- How do I create or delete my account?
- Sign up or sign in from the Profile page. To delete your account or request removal of personal data, email support@moorlite.com and we will process your request.
- Why am I being asked to sign in?
- Some features — like saving a watchlist or submitting a film — require an account. Watching the public catalog does not.
- Do you sell my personal information?
- No. We do not sell your personal information for money. See our Privacy Policy for details on what we collect and how advertising partners may use device data.
Filmmakers & submissions
- How do I submit my film?
- Visit the Creators page to submit your work. You will need an account and must accept the Creator Agreement. We review submissions and respond by email.
- How does the 60% revenue share work?
- When your film is approved and live, Moorlite runs ads against it. You receive 60% of the net ad revenue it generates, paid directly according to the Creator Agreement.
- Do I keep my copyright?
- Yes. Submissions are non-exclusive — you retain your rights. Moorlite receives a license to stream and monetize your film on the platform.
Advertising & business
- How do I advertise on Moorlite?
- Visit the Advertise page to request pre-roll video ad placement. Our team will follow up with availability and pricing.
- I have a licensing or copyright concern
- Email support@moorlite.com with the title in question and details of your claim. We take rights issues seriously and respond promptly.
