These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Moorlite website and streaming applications (the “Service”), operated by Moorlite. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. The Service
Moorlite is a free, ad-supported streaming service offering curated films, including public-domain and properly licensed titles. Streaming is funded by advertising; ads may play before or during content.
2. Eligibility & accounts
You must be able to form a binding contract to use the Service. An account is optional; if you create one, you are responsible for the information you provide and for activity under your account.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including by: copying, downloading, redistributing, or publicly performing content except as expressly permitted; circumventing security, ad delivery, or access controls; scraping or using automated means to access the Service; or interfering with its operation.
4. Content & intellectual property
Content on the Service is provided for your personal, non-commercial streaming use only. Public-domain titles are free of copyright; other titles are made available under license from their rights holders, who retain all rights. The Moorlite name, look, and software are owned by Moorlite. Nothing here transfers ownership of any content or trademark to you.
5. Filmmaker & third-party content
Some content is provided by filmmakers and other third parties under separate agreements. We do not endorse and are not responsible for third-party content, and availability of any title may change at any time.
6. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any particular title will remain available.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Moorlite will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service.
8. Changes & termination
We may modify or discontinue the Service, or update these Terms, at any time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. We may suspend or terminate access for any violation of these Terms.
